Diet for employees

We all know that it is really hard to work and to take care of your body, because you often don’t have time for that.
This diet was created by nutritionists from the United States, and they think it will help you to get rid of your fat or simply stay fit.
Monday:
For breakfast you can have 1 banana and 2 kiwis, for lunch you should eat vegetables and seventy grams of pasta (add to your pasta 50 grams of broccoli, one carrot and one red pepper). And for dinner you should eat 250 grams of veal and 300 grams of boiled vegetables.
Tuesday:
For breakfast you should drink 2 deciliters of carrot juice, and two slices of whole-wheat bread and 20 grams of cottage cheese. For lunch you should eat 2 boiled eggs, 100 grams of boiled peas. For dinner you should eat large portion of vegetables (1 eggplant, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 zucchini, little bit of parmesan, 1 tablespoon of olive oil)
Wednesday:
For breakfast you should drink cup of tea without sugar, 1 croissant, 10 grams of butter and 10 grams of jam. For lunch you should eat 150 grams of baked potato and one apple. For dinner you should eat one plate of soup, 200 grams of fish and 100 grams of boiled carrots.
Thursday:
Breakfast: 2 deciliters of orange juice, 200 grams of pears. Lunch: 1 bagel, 100 grams of tomato and 100 grams of chicken. Dinner: 100 grams of boiled veal and 200 grams of beet.
Friday: 
Breakfast: 250 grams of pineapple. Lunch: salad with egg (100 grams of pepper, 50 grams of peas, 50 grams of corn, 1 tomato and 1 egg). Dinner: 100 grams of fish, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 200 grams of peas.
